SpotConnect Locked

I have just setup my new SpotConnect device.
Shared page, registered and activated.

Now - after being fine this morning - when I try to login to my Spot Account - I am told my account is locked for my protection and to contact Customer Care [which I have].
Can anyone explain to me what this means while I am waiting for 'official' Spot replies?
