I'm thinking about getting a mitsubishi generator to run lights and maybe a small fridge for my bush getaway. I've been offered a pretty good deal (I think!!) - $1150 on a new mitsubishi MGC1101 (AC rated output rated at 950W). I'd like to hear comments from anyone who has had or knows about this gennie. Good experiences ? Bad experiences ?
Appreciate your feedback.

Some Repco stores & other places are selling Chinese built 2stroke 850W gennies for $269. A guy at a market was running a freezer for ice cream with one of these & it ran very quiet, maybe not as good as some $1000 Jap machines.
