Hi guys just plugged my fridge back in waeco cf60 and went to turn the temp down from 5 to 2 degrees and the - minus button doesn't seem to be working so I pressed the + button up to 5 degrees n now I can't get it to come down, never had an issue ever with it, anyone had this happen? N how was it fixed! I live in a remote area and won't be able to have it looked at for at least 2 months when I drive to Kalgoorlie

Sounds like the control panel, a common fault with Waeco's.

You can use the "EMERGENCY" switch down by the power plug to override...... you have to control this manually as it turn the compressor on and off.

jacent

I had a 50 ltr waeco and it played up some times, and i just unscrewed the control panel, as the buttons underneath get stuck in the the little cups under the temp buttons you press. Just realiagn and screw back down. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem with my 50 lt. Waeco. Until now that is.
Just went out and did what Matt said.
All fixed now. Yippy.
You just saved me $ 70 what's what they wanted to fix it.
Thanks Matt and thanks Jacent for posting up this thread.

Same with me. Took off the panel and adjusted the button pad. But be careful, they can be touchy. Kevin
