Can anyone tell my why when I use Memory Map on the Hema 5 Navigator why the screen is locked. I cannot find anywhere where I am suppose to unlock it.
It works fine on the Rasta Map and route 66.
Any ideas? Cheers Bob.

Hi

Not sure - maybe the registration code has been deleted ..or something - have you changed SD cards? Did you get the Hn5 brand new or is it second hand?

Anyway - No big deal - Memory Map basically does the same things as OziExplorerCe (the "Rasta Map" you refer to) so just continue to use that if you don't find a solution.

Cheers
Greg

bobldo,I had the same problem. Fixed it by deleting the snail trails. Make sure you don't want any of the route information before deleting. This can be downloaded onto your computer if you require it.

...by the way, when you say the screen is "locked" what do you mean?

I took this as meaning the program is locked and wont start (hence possible need for some sort of reg code) but do you mean the program starts but you cant pan the screen or use any functions? What specifically is "locked"?

Cheers

well I managed to clear all the previous tracks and start afresh and it now works - no problem.
When I said the screen is locked, what it was doing was showing me my position, but the map was not scrolling/moving as I was travelling. I was also aware of the padlock icon at the top of the screen, being unlocked and locked - tried both previously and nothing was happening. Still all is good now. cheers, Bob.
