Legend Caravans - Glory

Hi Paul,
To begin with we are happy costumers of Legend Caravans and their excellent quality and customer service.
We bought a caravan almost 16months ago, and it is called wild native 24f off-road.
We have also heard some stories about Legend Caravans, that they used to build caravans for Humpback, but we weren’t sure of the stories and the rumour behind it.
So back then we wanted to get a Humpback caravan. We were told that humpback located at port wakefield were the only manufacturers of humpback caravans but it came out to be that the actual humback caravans that humpback claimed to build themselves were actually built and fully installed at Legend Caravans workshop in Melbourne.
The customer service with the boys was great, they are two brothers running the business. The day we stepped in their workshop they explained everything, helped us choose and they even custom designed the van on the spot for us. We have also been around to other places and it was hard to find good customer service. I can pin point Humpback customer service to be the worst and very unpleasant.

Thank you for your feedback. We have visited Legend Caravans on Friday, the boys there helped us and explained us everything that we wanted to know. we went through all the standard floor plans and they seemed good but there wasn't the one we were looking for. So we told them what we really want and they custom designed it for us. We were very happy with the design and we asked them to build it for us. Also we were very happy with the costumer service and there quality from what we have seen. They told us that the finish date would be in about 5months.
We cant wait to pick it up and hit the roads.
