Walking the simpson August update

Evening All,

At this time in 2 weeks I should have completed my first day of a 12 day trek across the Simpson (hopefully be a few dunes past Big Red).

I currently have raised over $5500 for beyondblue and now hoping to to top $10000.

All prep has gone well and after a trial pack of the support 76 series today think we will fit all that will be needed to make this a great trip.

So I am asking 2 things , if anybody is driving the Simpson early August (we plan to leave Birdsville around the 1st of August and be walking for around 12days) stop and say gday and keep an eye out for me and my support vehicle.

And if anybody can sponsor me that would also be fantastic and can be done thru my everyday hero link/blog

This is a great walk for Beyondblue.
I hope you get lots of support for your chosen charity and while you're walking.
