Finished this arvo in Warburton. 5 days of very nice GVD in full bloom and with heaps of green everywhere. The track is in good condition and varies from sand to hard rock. Some wet bits but nothing too difficult. Some of the best breakaway country to be found anywhere. Great campsites. A few punctures - sidewalls.........the trick here is to have a wheel track less than the track width - a LC 200 does not manage that - my DMax (265 75 17) does. Worth putting on the list of tracks "to do" before it gets too cut up and corrugated - pointless telling people to air down as they just don't. BIG congratulations to the people behind the Hanns Track info book - silly to go on the track without the book riding along with you.Warburton diesel today 236cpl. rgds
Slow down and relax......

G, day maverick, can't agree more with you as to Ian Elliott's efforts in putting together the trip notes. We found them very informative and easy to follow. We completed it in April 2013 an were probably the 1st for this year. We had 2 vehicles and got 6 side wall punctures all in the following vehicle none in the lead vehicle
Cheers
John
