Hi, Does anyone know how to remove a Thetford C3 ? It may be that the pump has stopped working but still need to know how to access the workings. Bill

I didn't know that Thetford called their system a C3.

Better than No. 1's or No.2's I suppose.

For what it is worth just recently my Thetford Cassette loo stopped pumping water to flush. The issue was the fuse which is situated at the back of the cavity where the cassette sits. Some moisture had built up causing corrosion and a poor connection, all I had to do was give the fuse blades a rub with emery and it solved the problem.

Mine is a 402 but it stopped flushing a while ago. Fuse was gone but the pump was seized. Removed pump (with much difficulty) and sprayed with WD40 and freed the impeller.

Reinstalled the pump and new fuse and now all works OK

Trust you find your problem
