Hi all
Can anyone advise if I need a Desert Parks Pass or permits of any type to travel from
Innamincka to
Birdsville via
Walkers Crossing?
Thanks
Stef

Hi Stefandsal, I have just purchased a Desert Parks pass and in the booklet that comes with the pass there is a section on
Innamincka Regional Reserve. It states that it takes in
Innamincka Town and Dig Tree as
well as
Coongie Lakes National Park .
As you are travelling via
Walkers Crossing the map shows it passes through the Reserve so may be yes you do need one (legaly) but as you are not stopping, may be not.
( Hope that confuses you more) :) :)
I'm sure some one on here will see you right

Hi again, just read some more about
Walkers Crossing and it is a PAR (public access route) so not permit required !
