I'm looking for a set of 31-10.5r-15 tyres for my ute and have come to 2 options.
I currently have desert duelers on which have done 95000km, so have been happy with them, but the new desert duelers don't look the part without the white lettering now.
The BF Goodriches are at Bob Janes for $259 each, while
the Desert Duelers are at KMart for $205 each... The Bridgestone 697s are $211 at KMart
Are the BF Goodriches worth the extra? Any comments and history on them would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello Ozwasp,
We have been using BFG's 31x10.5x15 for the last 5 years with no issues at all not even a flat. Have just taken 4 off the cruiser done 40,000 k's about half worn and put them on the van and fitted 4 new ones to the cruiser.
I swear by these tyres as they have been to outback NSW towing and
Flinders Ranges to
Birdsville to South West Qld towing could not fault them and would hope to get 80-100,000 k's out of them.
I get a wheel alignment done with rotation every 10,000 k's.

I'm thinking of going the BFGs... Tyreplus will match Bob Jane's $259 price and also currently have a promotion of $100 cashback on a set of 4 tyres for this month and next. They also will do a wheel alignment for only $55 (everyone else has been asking $70-80).
