Great drive, road is in good shape some areas have bypass tracks to get around flooded salt lakes which blocked the road in a few
places when we travelled. It was certainty wet within a the last week when we went through. The initial
salt lake crossing just east of
Dundas sets you in the mood for this remote location trek. The fires from 4 old years ago are still evident however the regrowth is astounding and it was very green when we went through recently.
