There is the Nissan 4x4 Club (nissan4x4vic.com.au) or try fwdvictoria.org.au (Four Wheel Drive Victoria) which has a listing of all affiliated clubs. You might already know this though.
I don't know of a specific Navara Club but others might know of one. Sorry I can't help more.
