It is with great sadness I have to advise members that Outback Mac, my sister in law, died on 4th August 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Mac was an inspiration in so many ways, and her love of the great outdoors and all it has to offer was amazing. She was a great follower of the forum and although she didn't post much, Mac was always heavily involved in Port Phillip 4WD Club, Australian Caravan Club and various other interest groups to do with camping and caravanning. She and her partner Barb, had many Caravans starting with a small Cubby and ending up with a custom built Van Halen caravan. Mac joined Exploroz in 2005. R.I.P Mac.

Although I know not you or your family Bill, that is still a sad thing to hear. Our condolances to you, your wife and all of Mac's family. Hope she is now in a better place. All the best and I'm sure you will give her the send off she deserves. Bob.

I remember fondly being invited by Outback Mac into the van for a cuppa at the cvp at Barcaldine after noticing an EO sticker several years ago.
