How do you edit the EOTrackme Device ID after having changed the laptop that it was originally installed on. The new instillation has produced a new ID. Selecting the edit Device on the My profile page responds with "See 'My Profile' tab on site to setup/update"

Hi austadv,

Each computer that you install EOTrackMe Windows on is actually a new device, so for your purposes I would do the following:

1. Go to your public profile page, on the EOTrackMe Tab where the old device is listed, click on "Edit Device", then "Delete".
2. On your new laptop open EOTrackMe Windows, then click on start tracking, this communicates a position to our server (letting us know that the new device exists and needs to be linked to your profile).
3. Go back to your public profile page. The new device will be shown with the name "EOTrackMe Windows", click on "Edit Device" to change the device name etc.

Just let me know if you require any assistance with this at any stage at all.

Clicking the delete device brings up a dialog saying "Delete this Device - All Tracking and History will be removed - Are your sure?" Clicking "OK" just returns me to the previous screen with out deleting the device

Hi austadv,

I'm glad to hear you got this working on a Win8/IE10 computer, however I would like to follow up on the computer that wasn't working.

What operating system/browser were you using when it didn't work?
