My recently acquired camper came with a Ctek M300 battery charger that had suffered a temperature-sensor-otomy. The local retail outlet advised that a replacement was not available as a spare part. I emailed the distributors, Baintech, last Sunday enquiring if they could source a replacement. As this was clearly not a warranty issue, I was not even expecting a reply. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call on the Monday, advising me that they could not get a new part, but would be able to send me a recycled sensor from their workshop. It arrived yesterday, by express postpak, just four days after my enquiry, and was complimentary.
My camper batteries are now charged by a fully functioning M300, and I have added a D250S and Smartpass to handle alternator and solar charging.
From my experience, I would like to commend Baintech as a company that stands behind its products and supports its endusers. (no association other than a very satisfied end user)

Allan, it's good to hear about a good suplier for a change as most people will talk about the bad one's, but not always the good ones.
