I have been working on a totally new article to help summarize the current situation with using sat phones in Australia (from an outback traveller's perspective). I have put together a great article that I'm sure will be of great help to people but I just need someone to critique it (=
check for technical errors) before I publish it.

Michelle, can't help with the technical know-how, but a question for you. Have you included by chance all of the different calling sequences needed by the different brands to call:
Sat phone to sat phone
Sat phone to mobile
Sat phone to land line?
Both within Australia and International.
Reason for asking is that each brand seems to have a different protocol from what I've seen.

Have you also included a warning that call costs for someone wanting to phone a particular sat phone from a mobile or landline can be expensive....... some of these call costs can be up to $22 per minute.
