Just wondering if anyone knows the gcm [car & trailer]for a 99 patrol 4.2l wagon..

Danny, I don't what state you're in - but if I go down to my local vehicle inspection station in W.A. - the vehicle inspectors there, have a comprehensive list on every make and model of vehicle ever built - and every body style in those makes and models - and they have every specification for every one of those vehicles and styles.
They're the people who enforce the manufacturers specifications, or allow any modifications as permitted by law.

3040kgs on car and extra 3500kgs towing. as long as the towbar can handle it with brakeaway brakes fitted
