Hi all
I use UTrackme on my iPhone. Does anyone know if it will work in NZ i.e. can I see my track on the Exploroz website?

You sure can, we used ours all over the US and Canada. The only problem we had was the cost of data in Canada so ended up turning it off but with unlimited data, phone and text in the US for $30 using a local SIM it worked
well.
If using an Aussie SIM on roaming it could get expensive!
We just bought another phone to use OS and used local SIMS, much cheaper especially when staying for extended periods.

EOTrackMe will work anywhere the only thing that does not work outside of AU is the Australian Topo Maps - this is one of the reasons that the EOTrackMe system defaults to using Google Maps. There is no limitation on where you can use the ExplorOz tracking service.

Thanks for all that - I was going to get a local SIM over there but just turn on mobile data every now and again or wait until I was in wifi range to upload data from utrackme back to exploroz. Does that setup sound reasonable?
