Maybe an extra Tab "Hints for Exploreoz Forum". You could include how not to duplicate posting your questions or followups which seems to happen often although I have no idea how they manage it.Here's Mud in your Tyre

That's a great list David and in a very accessible place.
A common expression in the US is they suffer from too many TLA's - Three Letter Acronyms!
