Is there any place in NSW where you can still see camels in the wild (so not some
farm, zoo etc)?

I've seen them on the QLD side of the border just north of Innaminka. So maybe
corner country if they get that far south. There is some aggressive culling going on at the moment though.

I just returned from out that way and the locals were telling me they just did a cull of 4500 camels, 2500 of these were on one station.
A mate was on Big Red about 6 weeks ago with a camel on top as
well

You could try the Bronte Hotel...
Or the
Batemans Bay RSL Club...
Or you could try Helga at the **** hotel cos I heard she "humps" everyone ! (I had to use **** just incase there is actually a Helga at the **** hotel :) )
I have never heard of nor seen camels in NSW.
Wild camels are not something you can just drive out to see...You need to be quite off the beaten track, as they say.

Thanks for drawing attention to that site Rick. I had not seen it before - another way we can contribute when out and about, by recording camel sightings
here
Cheers,
