Does this package have the ability to stop charging batteries once the battery reaches a certain voltage? If not can they be modified to do so?

The specs say it has an MPPT solar controller but does not say the maximum voltage it cuts out at. May be best to email the seller. Cheers,Bob.

That EBay item has some amazing figures - over 3000 sales and a seller rating of 99.9% - it doesn't get much better than that. I've got one of those panels bought over a year ago and it was good value.
