Gday all! We want to catch up with friends who stay at
Lake Tabourie Caravan Park every year. We we thinking about getting there between Xmas and New Year. We cant stay at the park as its always full at Xmas so wondering if there is camping nearby in one of the national parks. There is
Morton National Park but a lot of is walk in camping. We are just taking the Patrol and the roof top tent. We will be at the caravan park during the day but need to find something mid afternoon for a night or two. Thanks in anticipation! Michael

It's a big park - are you sure there's no availability? We stayed over new years 3 years ago and booked it only a couple of weeks before we arrived. There was at least one spot that was vacant for the whole time we were there.
