Review: "Work Completed, Canning"

I knew we had some amazing and talented people on this site, but Phil's book is an awesome job. I bought the hard cover version and am very glad I did. The appearance of, and quality is superb to say the least. Having only skimmed the book at this stage (some 700 pages), it seems very thorough, well laid out, and covers a huge variety of topics related to the CSR, including maps and photos. I have a number of books covering early exploration of Australia, and this book will certainly take pride of place. Anyone interested in Australian exploration, history and even culture, will love this book. It covers a very important era of this countries history.
