I have had my Cgear Matt for just over 18 months and in the past 6 months have lost 7 of the tie down loops (several others will soon come away) due to fraying of the material that attaches the D ring. I have used the matt about a dozen times for weekend an extended weekend
camping and when not being used the matt is stored in its bag and in the Garage.
I emailed CGear, other than offering to send me some more D loops ( I still have the old ones so this was no help) they don't want to know about it and advised me that the warranty on these is 12 months.
