Comment: EOTrackMe

Have tried to register my SPOT but cannot find the place to do it.
I have added the link to SPOT but the screen says unregistered and go to My Profile - no place to add the SPOT ??
I must be not too bright just cannot find it.
If you can help please let me know.

Opens on home page – click Activate your spot

Login page – click Activate a spot device

Another Login page – click New customer

i have done that and got a link to add to eotrackme.

I pasted the link into eotrackme and it shows SPOT not registered.
Cannot find how to register the full details of SPOT in eotrackme.

If that makes sense ?

After clicked Set up New account
It goes to my account page with a set of blank fields as follows:
Create User name and password

I can’t go past this stage as I don’t want set up another account, eotrackme link doesn’t appear on my screen and everything seems Ok till that stage.
Do you get past the filling in of fields for Name, Password etc - through to Serial Number and Authorisation code?

hi again

yes set up the account so that I could buy the SPOT etc.
Got all the details in including my details and password etc.
Have created a blog - that worked.
Have added a photo - that worked.

Have sent an email to administrator but nothing back.
Dont even seem to be able to add a mobile phone just to check the eotrackme etc.

stumped.

I am sure the administrator will get back to you.
I set mine up about four years ago - they were very helpful with assistance.
It will be night-time in America and the admin staff may not be on deck yet.
