Hi all.

Am planning an NT trip for May.

Can anyone advise me pls whether these two TN's can be connected via the tracks shown on the topo maps? That is, are they there and they do-able?

Cheers.

John,

The missing link looks like the road from Barkly H'way, down through Epenarra Station, to Davenport Ranges. Hema maps say it's a private road, and I remember some discussion on the forum about it..........as to whether you can access it or not. Might be worth a search?

The turnoff is a few kms east of Barkly Homestead. We stopped for lunch there some years back, and there were numerous vehicles fuelling up, part of a "bash" of some sort. They had travelled up from Epenarra.

Others may have more info than I do,

Bob

Yes, Epenarra Station closed the road to Barkly Highway some years ago. Some may have gone through with permission from the station.
