Now that was lucky. We just purchased one from Books for Cooks in Fitzroy. I couldn't find it but my wife did. I think that she chased it with the isbn. Try this 9780958040006.

Laraine Leyland is/was the wife of Mal Leyland....of leyland brothers fame.

When you have found a coppy of that...see if you can lay your hands on Jack & Reg Absaloms cam oven cook book....another book by those who have been there and done it.
Reg...jacks unckle was a sheerers cook for much of his working life.
