Very sad to hear this. Dru volunteered to help work on WA Road Conditions for EO behind the scenes in late 2011 when he was diagnosed with cancer. He and his wife also ran the Blackstone Store about 100km west of Surveyor Generals Corner. He never once complained and had a lovely tag line at the bottom of his emails that said:

"REMEMBER
Life is short,
Break the rules, Forgive quickly,
Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably,
And never regret anything that made you smile"

We should all remember this.

On behalf of everyone in the EO community, we wish peace for Dru now, and our sincere condolences go out to his family.
