Hi, trying to set this up on ipad
It states my member number doesn't exist or is expired- I joined 2 days ago
Any ideas

Not trying to be cynical but could it be the weekend off thing. I noticed that your userid doesn't show you as a member either.

Rusty,

go to the "My Home" tab on the top left of your EO page. When this opens, there is a box on the right hand side called "My account stats". You will find your membership number there on the very top.

Check the stats there as well. It will have membership expiry date etc. That may give some indication as to why things aren't working.

If that's no good, I'd contact the office by email tomorrow (Monday)

Hi Rusty,

Also, please note that as per the set-up instructions, you need to use a capital M as a prefix to your member number (I believe this is what is prompting the system to tell you that the number you are entering does not exist).


If this doesn't resolve the problem, please just let me know.
