rear wheel carriers??

Hey guys im new to this site,
I have a 105 series landcruiser and am after a rear bar wheel carrier/jerry can holder.
I know kaymar and ARB make a nice one but at there prices they would have to be.
Does anybody have any experience with some other more affordable brands that will do just as good of a job?

thanks in advance

Mat mate....when you are looking for second hand items like that you have to learn a lesson from the vulture.

Aways looking always circling, and down there picking it up before anybody else.

These things do come up...not regularly and when they do they don't hang arround long.

If you have the time to keep an eye out...you will probaly pick up a usedy.

But if you wnat it now....not likely.

cheers

Same here...look for a quality 2nd hand brand....yep you might be paying similar to a new cheapie....but its worth it when failure might strike in the boonies.

Hey mate,

Check out MCC 4x4

http://www.mcc4x4.com/

They do a rear carrier that is a fair bit cheaper than kaymar.

I have one on my Hilux. Happy with it.

Cheers

G'day matth j,

I've had a Powerful 4x4 rear bar on the back of my 80 series Cruiser since 2010.
It's a great product and the prices are better than the "big name" brands.

This link is for Powerful 4x4 wheel carriers
