Good afternoon everyone,
Just a heads up in case you are not aware..............
The Ulysses Motorcycle Club AGM is on in
Alice Springs from May 12 - 18 this year. If past years are anything to go by, there will be several thousand members there.
I understand there is still lots of accommodation available in Alice, but it can be expected that accommodation space in the smaller towns on the incoming/outgoing routes may be challenged around that time.
Anyway, for info only.

If you are camping I don't think it would be much disruption. The campers amongst them will be at the show-ground. It's only the softies slumming it in motels etc that will cause problems.

Yes Peter, but they will be everywhere on the roads coming & going.
I've been there, done that with mobs of motorbikes everywhere on the Stuart Hwy (2002 or 2004 I can't remember which) & I don't want to do it again!
