Review: Grated Raw Beetroot & Carrot Salad

Hi, We have a similar favourite salad which includes grated apple. Plus, we don't bother peeling the fruit or vegetables. I like shaking together some good olive oil with fresh lemon juice to pour over. Make enough for a few days as it will stay crisp in a sealed container in the fridge. Cheers, Pam
