Just found out a mate is a Garmin and GME reseller!!! Bargains here daddy comes!
So knowing a bit about Magellans, whats the goods on Garmins?
Whats similar to the Magellan Platinum in Garmin??

yea he is a commercial reseller of GME, 25 watt units, but thats Illegal, and I wouldnt do that.... ;) will mail ya.
would rather the Magellan, but even with discounts, USA is still cheaper... Shall See.

I've got a Garmin GPS II PLUS, cruising at 90km/h this morning in
Perth with overcast I still had all 12 Sat's locked in and a reported 3m accuracy. Can't be unhappy with that.
