Anyone needing a Desert Parks Pass (
Simpson Desert travellers) can get
a $10 discount with a special offer direct from Dept for Environment &
Heritage up until June 30.

DDP Officer, DHH, PO Box 78,
Port Augusta SA 5700 or Email you details
to desertparks@saugov.sa.gov.au
Details they need are: Name, Address, Phone #, Vehicle Registration
number and your Credit Card Details for $80.
$10 bucks isn't much but no point paying the Government any more than
we have to. Craig...............................

Dear Dozer and all else who read this post,
Obviously you can understand that no agent would be happy to hear that the Government is selling passes cheaper than our agents buy price so we have investigated the validity of this latest rumour...
Today, we have a response directly from DEH and can clarify that the offer is only open to people that have recently received a letter/flyer direct from them - sent to those people who had purchased a pass in 1999 - applications are then cross-checked against their database so you can't even buy for others.ExplorOz
