i needed help getting updates onto my new HN6 navigater i rang the HEMA Surpport line and spoke to Greg with his help over the phone he fixed my problem i can fully recommend Hema the service is first class

I agree, the support from Hema Maps is very good.
However the process of updating maps online is overly complicated. Can not update using Apple Mac either.
I paid $79 for map updates then could not install them. The map updates come from Hungary of
all places.
Easier to take your navigator to Hema and let them update the maps.
