Health permitting we are hoping to travel from Adelaide along this section of NSW coast this winter - around September. We will be travelling with our small dog and like small towns that have pet friendly beaches and outside pet friendly eating places for coffee or lunch that we can walk to from the park. An art gallery or book store would be a bonus. Any suggestions?

Smugglers Cove caravan Park Forster.
Pet friendly.

Not on the beach, but on the lake and a 2 min drive to beach.
Plenty to do and see.
Tartt cafe is fabulous and you can take dogs.
Gets busy around holiday time, but if you can avoid that its just about perfect.
Heaps of pet beaches and if you have a 4wd Mcbrides beach can be all yours or the very north tip of booti booti (but NP - they don't like dogs)

Hope it goes to plan for you.
Brian
