I would like to hear from anyone who has experience and/or knowledge of both the Memory- Map app and the one on offer from Hema for $49.99 as a download from the Google Play Store.

I have been using the EOTopo map on Memory-Map and am happy with the map but the app software has let me down on several occasions without me quite understanding why. Currently I can't download maps and am going through a process with MM technical support but my confidence in the product has never been high and I always half expect that it will let me down.

So any useful comment will be appreciated.

Cheers,

Kevin

I use Hema maps on my iPad and have no complaints. But i also have Mud Maps on the iPad aswell, both are pretty much the same. Cant comment on ,memory maps. I think the hema one you mention for $50 (hema explorer?) is just the app, maps are extra.

Thanks Micheal. Hema had short promotion where maps came with the app at the normal price but I see that it is finished. Part of my problems with Memory-Map are sorted but there are still some to go.
