Hi All,
I have been caught out with booking for
Easter weekend as I wasn't going to be in Aus at the time.
I live in
Perth and not having any luck in getting a site - any tips? Have a 18' van.
Preference is coastal or close to it with 300 klms or so north or south of
Perth.
Cheers

Here is a quote from a thread on Saturday on this same subject:

disco driver replied:
Was in my local
visitor centre this morning listening to visitors trying to get accommodation over
Easter.
The staff were saying that there is NO on coast accommodation/camping sites/caravan sites available anywhere south of
Perth through to
Esperance.
If you get there this afternoon you might, just might get into
Bremer Bay.
Apparently inland areas are not so packed out.
Most people coming here book for the next year as they leave this year.
Disco.
Looks like camping on the front lawn might be the go

Keep an eye on the weather. If there is rain you'll get a site anywhere. 40% of
Easter campers head for
home during the first shower.
Enjoy

Rain in the south-west?
That would be something.
