Hema HN6 and Camps 7 update

I up grades my Hema HN6 from Camps 6 to Camps 7 some time ago and it has not worked since. We put in a destination and
check for camps on the way we still have Camps 6 (greyed out) and not Camps 7. Been talking to Hema for a long time and keep getting the same story, "Naviextra is working on it and should be fixed by next Friday.
Well I've lost count of the Fridays. Here is the last report. "Naviextras updates are released on a weekly schedule.
If issues appear, they need to be rectified, and then wait for the next release cycle.
Sometimes it takes a a couple of release cycles before fixes appear."
I think some one has forgotten how to ride a bike!!!
What to do??

Peter, I had the same issue.
It seems to me that each time you do an update via Naviextras, you have to reload the Camps 7 POIs, otherwise they seem to be erased (greyed out).
Not an ideal situation but, if you are aware of it, it's manageable.
Brenton, I wouldn't let this little glitch stop you from buying a Hema Navigator.
