Does anyone know of a good
cook book for a turbo cooker. Have looked at a few online but want one which uses Australian
recipes. Would be grateful for any titles I could follow up.

Hey Kerry B,
Haven't heard of a turbo cooker?
Is it a
camp oven?

No it's not a
camp oven.
It is a fan forced radiant heated glass/pyrex type large vessel with a detachable top which incorporates the heating element and fan.
From my experience with them they do a fairly good job but are never quite as quick as they say in the brochures and ads.
Advantages; easy to clean, only require washing, relatively light weight, fairly quick to
cook a roast/meal.
Disadvantages: Require 240V power, is glass so a bit fragile.
We only use ours occasionally, usually when we are having guests for a meal in the van/annexe.
Disco.
