Hey lads, I've never been to the Glasshouse mountains off-roading before. I was hoping someone can tell me a really good track to go on? Bear in mind I don't have a snorkel and I'm only running A/T tyres, and it will be very muddy tomorrow. I don't have a winch and am riding solo with a few mates. I'll have a set of max tracks. And have a centre diff lock (80series GXL)

Thanks in advance.

G'day Josh

I've been there a few times, but as one of a group and not trip leader, so unfortunately can't suggest any particular track. When you say you're riding solo with a few mates, do you mean one vehicle only? If so, take your walking boots as insurance, particularly after this spot of rain.

The tracks vary from moderate to bloody ridiculous, but you generally have a choice before you commit yourself to a particular track. If more than one vehicle, it shouldn't be too much of a drama so long as you have the requisite recovery gear. Not enough water to worry about needing a snorkel.

Some parts can get a tad greasy after even light rain.
