Comment: EOTrackMe

I am using EO track me. I've used it in the past with no problems. It all seems to work except I can not download my tracks in any format ( eg GPX) on my browser.
I have tried IE 11 and firefox 28. I have pop ups enabled. Nothing happens when I click download.
Any ideas?

Boobook,

What page are you trying to use? EOTrackMe - My Tracking or Public Profile - EOTrackMe?

David.

Sorry David, I should be more specific.

I click on the "my tracking" tab and in the "active tracking" section click on "view live tracking". All good, I can see my track on the map. It's all there.

Then I click on "Download Tracking" and the menu pop up called "map data downloads" appears. It says select data format and has 6 buttons inc GPX and Oziexplorer etc.

I click on say GPX and the button is selected. Then I click on Download.

The download button changes from gray to white while it is being clicked but then nothing happens. Same for any option like oziexplorer. I can select any other button option straight away but non will download. It just sits there.

I hope that is a useful description.

Tony,

As you had done these as replies to your thread it never made it to me as an alert. In this thread you needed to followup in the section I had posted in to have it alert me. This is the reason I missed it sorry.

As per the PM just sent to you I have fixed the minor error that was in the download script and the problem should now have gone away.
