I am a mature traveller, currently helping out a couple with their new bush camping grounds called Lara wetlands, Barcaldine. I was excited to find such a tranquil, picturesque site, overlooking the wetlands. It is bursting with bird and wildlife. The facilities are: clean flush toilets and hot/cold showers. The highlight of my stay here is relaxing in the hot, natural, artesian pool. The photos attached don't do it justice! I am here for a few more days and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

The short non-flowing sentences didn't make you suspicious at all Shaker? LOL.

Some times there is a good reason he has not got back on this thread, The manager of Lara Michael Wills was killed in a helicopter accident on Tuesday, I think it was. I am out in Barcaldine at the moment.

Hi Alana J

Before the thread gets moderated, tell us more. Where is it and how far from Barcaldine? What facilities? What costs?
