Hi Dennis
I have done a couple of searches but can not find the upgrade. Do you have a direct link to the firmware download site.
Regards
Stephen

Thanks Dennis. My local provider doesn't mention the firmware upgrade on their web site yet so it couldn't be too critical.
Anyway, it looks as if the necessary USB drivers for the firmware upgrade have not been released for Windows 8 yet (and of course I only have Windows 8).
I think the previous upgrade to v5.3.0 was the important one, it is needed for access to the emergency 000 or 112 numbers.
Cheers, Gado

Hi Gado
Reading between the lines, the 5.5.1 is also a critical upgrade nd must be installed by November this year.
Cheers
Stephen

Thank you Stephen, they'd better get cracking and produce the Windows 8 drivers then...
Cheers, Gado

Hi Gado
Maybe go to your local library or find a mate with Windows 7 and upgrade – only take 15 mins.
