NT Diesel prices for travellers May 2014

Hi fellow travelers below are the current Diesel prices across the NT, not sure if anyone will find this helpful or not. (Prices are from BP where available)
Prices are $ per liter.

Darwin $1.749
Katherine $1.699
Mataranka $1.779
Hi-Way Inn Daly Waters $1.829
Dunmarra $1.95
Elliott $1.90
Tennant Creek $1.819
Alice Springs $1.789
Eldunda $2.10

G'day Andrew, Prices could be greatly varied again in 2 months time.
Also, someone posting fuel prices may get one price, 2 days before a rise, or drop, while getting the next place at an already altered price, if you know what I mean.
Yes, it is helpful advice, just pointing out there can be great differences over time,
For example, Our fuel comes on the same truck as Warburtons and Warakurnas, but our invoices may arrive 2 weeks apart, meaning one of us could have changed our price before or after the other. Also depends on how much is already in the tank before a price change.

Just back from Vietnam and ULP is 16cents/Lt and Diesel 21.6cents/lt.

Best to fill up in Katherine if heading north. Darwin is more expensive for some reason considering Katherine's fuel comes from Darwin anyway, 300km away.
