Hi all i have just driven from
Cooktown to
Coen for a night and then on to
Weipa.The road is in great condition and my very average 4wd drive was siting on 80klm-100klm per hour with out a problem.The flood ways had bugger all water in them,you could drive this section in a Corrolla.So anyone thinking of traveling up here the roads are great.Bye all

Thx mate,,,just what I wanted to hear, we are heading off from
brisbane in the morning and be up around
weipa in a couple of weeks.
