My eotrackme program stopped tracking/downloading. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine does the same thing. It works for 2 - 3 days then freezes - no upload to EO.
Restarting doesn't help. You have to delete the app and reinstall it. Then it works for another 2 - 3 days.
