Review: SPOT Connect

boughht the spot connect, slow delivery time but anyhow, initial problems with doing a test run were resolved. read a lot of the reviews on the net, and was not encouraged by them , many problems with bluetoothing between iphone and the spot, however i had no problems where it counted the most ,in the middle of nowhere . worked as stated by manufacturer, used both methods ie pretyped text and local composition ,both worked. once you get the hang of it , it's a doddle.you need to be patient and read the instructions carefully. by the way, i use an iphone4s. the otherside of the equation is the people in the contact group were pleased also , it linkedup with google maps to give the exact location.all in all a positive experience.
