Can anyone advise me if you have to book ahead to camp at ,Kalpowar Crossing?
If so where as I don't see it listed on the National Parks web site.

Cheers

Yes, you have to book ahead.

Look here: Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park (CYPAL).

Phil

PS Are you a veteran?

The reason I asked about being a veteran is that there is acres of free camping nearby for veterans. Are you????

You sure do Wayne. We stayed there for nearly 3 weeks, 2 years ago. Beautiful place, lot of crocs in the area. Good fishing, up and down stream from camping area.
