Sorry, did not get to there, but I see in July they are trialling a new permit, will set you back a cool $100. Kevin

Hi Graeme we went in from
Wiluna -
Well 5 on the Canning and came out at Ned Creek Station we did not have Permit's as nobody could help us obtaining one. We had permission from Neds Creek Station to travel trough the Property and also
camp there they where very friendly and helpful. The tracks are a bit overgrown so expect Pinstripes on your vehicle. It is a beautiful area I used a Hema 5 Navigater which was very good and hardly got lost Lol. We traveled in convoy of 4 Vehicles I have a Mazda BT 50 and was towing a Cub
Brumby Campertrailer had no Problems just take it slowly. Have a good Trip. Cheers Franz

Hi Graeme
Just arived
home from the
Carnarvon ranges last night , The tracks are good and the new
camp ground at Yamada is ready to go . The water holes have some water and the county side looks great .There is a new track in to the Yamada
camp which is not maked on maps which is a great and easy drive . The new track you turn left at the clay hole marked on the map (coming in from neds creek) . Hope you enjoy
